1. Equipment Description
The WT-LX servo spraying reciprocating machine is a Z-axis reciprocating machine, where the Z-axis enables vertical up-and-down movement. For a required stroke of 2.4 meters, we recommend choosing a 2.5-meter stroke model. This series of reciprocating machines supports customization of both stroke and load capacity. The specific load and stroke correspondence is shown in the following table:

3. Accurate Positioning: The Omron inductive proximity switch is used as the origin switch to accurately detect the origin position, ensuring operation repeatability and accuracy.
4. Stable Mechanical Structure
l The lifting guide post is made of large aluminum profile bearing steel with high rigidity, the lifting rollers are 4 U-groove double-row bearing rollers, and the base rollers are 4 double-bearing V-groove rollers, ensuring stable and reliable vertical movement.
l The gun fixing clip and gun fixing rod are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials, which are firm and corrosion-resistant, facilitating the installation and fixation of spray guns.
