2.2 Core System Configuration
1. Spray Booth Main Body: Semi-open structure with built-in workpiece hanging area, suitable for hand-held spray gun operation.
2. Exhaust System: Equipped with a 2.2kW fan, providing 4000m³/h air volume to form stable negative pressure and control powder diffusion.
3. Filtration System: Adopts 4 aluminum-plated film conductive filter elements with a total filtration area of 30㎡, efficiently intercepting unadhered powder.
4. Cleaning and Recycling Device: Includes 2 sets of rotating wing automatic cleaning mechanisms to clean filter elements via compressed air pulses; bottom powder hopper collects powder centrally (no recycling in standard configuration).
5. Safety Components: All metal parts are reliably grounded, with overload protection and emergency stop button, complying with safety standards.
3、Working Principle
1. Spraying Operation: After the workpiece is grounded, spraying is done with a hand-held gun, and powder adheres to the workpiece surface due to electrostatic action.
2. Powder Filtration: Unadhered powder enters the filtration system with negative pressure airflow, is intercepted by filter elements, and clean air is exhausted by the fan.
3. Cleaning and Recycling: Rotating wing cleaning device is triggered to blow powder on filter element surfaces into the powder hopper for centralized collection, achieving basic recycling.
