可集中控制粉末喷房、往复机、喷枪，关联供粉系统（包括新粉添加系统、大袋供粉系统等）及安全防护设备；借助工件检测装置和输送链译码器，保障往复机轴的精准运动，还能依据工件尺寸（间隙、高度、宽度）自动调整喷涂策略。
It can centrally control the powder spray booth, reciprocator, and spray gun, and is associated with the powder supply system (including new powder addition system, large bag powder supply system, etc.) and safety protection equipment; with the help of workpiece detection devices and conveyor chain decoders, it ensures the precise movement of the reciprocator shaft, and can also automatically adjust the spraying strategy according to the workpiece size (gap, height, width).

采用开放式架构，可与工厂MES等系统进行交互与连锁，需客户在订购设备时明确功能需求，以便在设计阶段预置相应的软硬件模块。
