Equipment Introduction

The control system is the core of spray booth automation. It is responsible for scheduling and controlling all electrical equipment in the spray booth, while supporting data interaction with external systems to achieve a highly integrated operating environment.

Device Description

Adopting the concept of Industry 4.0 design, the MT50 control system is equipped with a high-resolution industrial computer, which can centrally control the powder spray booth, reciprocating machine and spray gun. The system is interlocked with the powder supply system and safety devices, supports workpiece detection and conveyor chain decoder, and ensures accurate axial movement of the reciprocating machine axis. In addition, the system automatically adjusts the spraying strategy according to the workpiece size characteristics (such as gap, height and width) to optimize operating efficiency.

Functions and features

Equipment compatibility: Compatible with self-developed and Swiss Gema series electrical equipment.

Gap Control (optional): Precisely control the opening and closing of the spray gun when the workpiece reaches the spray area.

Centralized Control (optional): Centrally configure all gun parameters on a single interface or control them individually.

Height control (optional): For vertically arranged spray guns, the start and stop of the spray gun can be automatically adjusted according to the height of the workpiece.

Width control (optional): cooperate with the X-axis reciprocating machine to automatically adjust the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece according to the width of the workpiece.

Fault diagnosis and alarm system: real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, rapid diagnosis and alarm.

System scalability: supports the selection and interlocking control of big bag powder supply system and powder supply center.

Advanced data communication: supports multi-protocol data interaction and seamlessly connects with other factory systems.

Workpiece code identification and tracking: According to the code of each workpiece, call or store the corresponding spraying program.

Safety and explosion-proof electrical component monitoring: strictly monitor all safety and explosion-proof electrical components connected to the system.

Device interface and customization

Control interface: Equipped with industrial computer operation screen, including emergency stop switch, authority management switch and operation status indicator light.

Customized development: Customized development of functional modules according to user requirements to meet specific production needs.
