喷枪电控柜是为粉末喷枪控制器集中安装配备的电柜，可实现对粉末喷枪控制器的独立供电、独立供气，内部预设线端子与气排，满足控制器安装及能源供应需求 。
The spray gun electric control cabinet is an electrical cabinet equipped for the centralized installation of powder spray gun controllers. It can realize independent power supply and air supply for the powder spray gun controllers. Wire terminals and air rows are preset inside to meet the installation and energy supply requirements of the controllers.

Device Description
作为标准型电柜，最多可安装 21 个独立喷枪控制单元或往复机控制单元，为粉末喷涂系统中喷枪控制器的集成化管理提供硬件载体 。
As a standard electrical cabinet, it can install up to 21 independent spray gun control units or reciprocator control units at most, providing a hardware carrier for the integrated management of spray gun controllers in the powder coating system.
功能及特点
Functions and features
(1) 总控与操作设计：配置主开关，实现对喷枪电源的总控；设小钥匙开关，用于集中开启/关闭喷枪，操作便捷 。
Master control and operation design: Equipped with a main switch to realize the master control of the spray gun power supply; a small key switch is set for centralized opening/closing of the spray gun, with convenient operation.
(2) 能源接入与调节：下半部分预留电源接入口、气源接入口；配备气源压力调节器（带空气过滤单元 ），可调节、监测供气压力，保障末端空气洁净 。
Energy access and regulation: Power supply access ports and air source access ports are reserved in the lower part; equipped with an air source pressure regulator (with an air filtration unit), which can adjust and monitor the air supply pressure to ensure the cleanliness of the air at the end.
(3) 分区布局：上半部分为喷枪控制器安装区，下半部分为电气接入安装区，两区独立，便于管理维护 。
Partition layout: The upper part is the installation area for spray gun controllers, and the lower part is the installation area for electrical access. The two areas are independent, facilitating management and maintenance.
(4) 搬运与适配：底部设搬运插入孔，可用叉车等设备搬运；适配瑞士金马 CG20、CG08 等粉末喷枪控制单元、CR07 等往复机控制单元，及同类尺寸控制单元 。
Handling and adaptation: Handling insertion holes are set at the bottom, and can be handled by equipment such as forklifts; it is compatible with powder spray gun control units such as Gema CG20, CG08, reciprocator control units such as CR07, and control units of similar sizes.
(5) 连锁拓展：柜体预留接线端子，作为与其他设备（如喷枪集中控制系统、输送信号链路等 ）连锁控制的接口，支持喷枪集中控制及多设备协同连锁，拓展系统联动能力 。
Interlock expansion: Terminal blocks are reserved on the cabinet body, serving as interfaces for interlock control with other equipment (such as the centralized spray gun control system, conveying signal links, etc.), supporting centralized spray gun control and multi - equipment coordinated interlocking, and expanding the system's linkage capability.
