The spray gun electrical control cabinet MTAS08 provides the power and gas supply required by the spray gun controller.

Device Description

MTAS08 is a standard control cabinet that can be used for individual control units of up to 21 individual spray guns or reciprocators.

Functions and features

Main control switch cabinet: equipped with a main control switch, which can turn the spray gun on and off.

Chain signal interlocking interface: provides chain signal interlocking function.

Controller power interface: Provides power connection for the controller.

Compressed air distribution exhaust: used to distribute compressed air.

Compressed air pressure regulator: A compressed air pressure regulator is installed to ensure stable air pressure.

Input air filtration device: ensure the cleanliness of input air.

Controller installation position: Provides 21 independent controller installation positions.

Independent area installation: The spray gun controller installation area and the electrical interface installation area are separated to facilitate management and maintenance.

Forklift insertion port: A forklift insertion port is designed to facilitate loading, unloading and moving.

Independent grounding device interface: An independent grounding device interface is installed to ensure equipment safety.

Expandable spray gun centralized control system: supports expansion and installation of spray gun centralized control system.
