Robot horizontal external seven-axis system
Equipment introduction
The robot's horizontal external seven-axis system significantly improves the coverage of the spraying robot by adding external axes, giving full play to the flexibility of its small arm span to achieve efficient automated spraying operations. While meeting the coverage requirements, this system significantly reduces the air extraction volume of the spray booth system, providing a more efficient and economical solution.
Device Description
The robot's horizontal external seven-axis system provides an additional horizontal (X-axis) range of motion for lightweight, small-arm span spraying robots. It greatly expands the effective working space of a single robot and realizes all-round automated spraying of large and complex workpieces.
Functions and features
Trajectory expansion: Expand the horizontal motion trajectory of the robot and program the trajectory at any position according to process requirements.
Workspace expansion: Greatly increase the effective workspace of a single robot, and achieve all-round automated spraying of large and complex workpieces with a small number of robots.
Improve production efficiency: By optimizing the robot's range of motion and flexibility, production efficiency can be improved to meet the spraying needs of various complex workpieces.
