Device Description
The robot's eight-axis system provides additional Z- and X-axis motion ranges for lightweight small-arm span spraying robots. Unlike the design of a large-arm span robot with a built-in spray booth, the external-axis robot can significantly reduce the air extraction volume of the spray booth system while meeting the coverage requirements. This system greatly expands the effective working space of a single robot by expanding the up and down, forward and backward motion trajectories of the robot, and achieves all-round automated spraying of large and complex workpieces with a small number of robot configurations.

Expand the robot's up-and-down, forward-and-backward motion trajectory, program the trajectory at any position according to process requirements, and greatly increase the effective working space of a single robot. With a small number of robots, all-round automated spraying of large and complex workpieces can be achieved, improving production efficiency.
