Equipment Introduction

The PZ Powder Supply Center is designed to speed up frequent and rapid color changes during powder coating, aiming to improve coating efficiency and quality.

Device Description

When multiple automatic spray guns are needed for centralized powder supply and quick color change, the PZ powder supply center uses an efficient automatic cleaning mechanism to quickly clean the powder flowing through the pipeline. Its large-capacity fluidized powder box and vibration platform design ensure that the powder remains in a uniform fluidized state. The innovative powder box mode combined with the local fluidized tube and vibration platform is suitable for small-batch powder spraying, directly using original powder to achieve a quick color change experience.

Functions and features

Rapid color change and automatic cleaning. Centralized air supply can automatically clean the powder suction pipe, powder pump, venturi tube, powder hose, powder hose in the gun, nozzle, and electrode needle cavity.

The large-capacity fluidized powder box is equipped with a vibration platform to ensure a more uniform powder fluidization state.

The powder box mode design combines a local fluidizing tube and a vibrating platform, which is suitable for small batch powder spraying. It does not need to introduce powder into the fluidized powder box, and can achieve fast color change.

The built-in exhaust system keeps the operating station clean during powder fluidization and rapid cleaning.

Vibrating screen filtration is equipped with a vibrating screen to filter the recovered powder and reduce the contamination of particulate impurities.

The multi-spray gun support can install up to 36 automatic spray guns, and the powder suction hose bracket can be flexibly increased according to customer needs.
