(1) 该设备存在喷涂和换色两种状态，在不同状态下呈现出不同的特点：

u 喷涂状态：具备良好的作业环境，内部气流均匀。

u 抽风位置的负压风速适宜，喷涂区域气流稳定，能够确保粉末涂料顺利吸附到产品上，避免被快速抽吸走。
The negative pressure wind speed at the air extraction position is appropriate, and the air flow in the spraying area is stable, which can ensure that the powder coating is smoothly adsorbed on the product and avoid being quickly sucked away.
u 换色状态：内部材质易清洁，粉末涂料不易附着，可通过压缩空气实现快速清洁。
Color changing state: The internal material is easy to clean, and the powder coating is not easy to adhere, which can be quickly cleaned by compressed air.
(2) 地板设计有快速清理的气刀，能将粉末吹至出风道，实现粉末的快速抽吸和循环利用。
The floor is designed with a quick cleaning air knife, which can blow the powder to the air outlet, realizing the rapid suction and recycling of the powder.

(2) 喷房的壁板采用三明治焊接结构，有效确保了整个喷房内部的结构强度和稳定性。

(3) 采用模块化设计，配备多种自动喷房底部结构，内部设有抽风风道、粉末残留快速清理气刀及翻板等，可根据客户场景选配不同底座，支持自动、手动粉红段设计，空间尺寸依据技术储备和客户需求定制。
