It is used to directly use the original powder box to centrally supply powder and realize continuous powder supply.

Device Description

Continuous powder supply is achieved by placing the powder box provided by the powder manufacturer on the vibration platform of the equipment and using a dense phase powder pump to transport it to the powder supply center or powder barrel.

Functions and features

No need to pour: Powder does not need to be poured from the powder box, preventing powder from spilling and keeping the site clean.

Reduce the frequency of adding: reduce the frequency of adding new powder per unit time and improve work efficiency.

Vibration device: A powder vibration device is designed to ensure that the powder is in a loose state for easy suction.

Fluidizing device: A fluidizing device is designed at a local position of the powder suction pipe to further facilitate powder suction.

Precise control: can be interlocked with the spray room control system to achieve precise powder delivery.
