The PC series powder supply center is designed for frequent and fast color changes in efficient powder coating processes, aiming to improve coating efficiency and quality.

Device Description

The PC series powder supply center can centrally supply powder to multiple automatic spray guns and achieve ultra-fast color change. The high-pressure automatic cleaning device of the closed powder box can quickly clean the pipeline through which the powder flows. The design of the closed powder box ensures that the powder remains in a uniform fluidized state. With the conical powder hopper and vibration platform, the original powder can be used directly to achieve a fast color change experience.

Functions and features

Rapid color change and automatic cleaning, centralized air supply, powder box, powder pump, venturi tube, powder hose, powder hose in gun, nozzle, electrode needle, all internal pipes through which powder flows are automatically cleaned.

The design of the sealed powder box ensures that the powder fluidization state is in the best uniformity.

The powder box is designed with a powder height detection device to set the ratio of new and old powders according to spraying requirements.

The built-in exhaust system keeps the operating station clean during the rapid cleaning process.

An ultrasonic sieve can be optionally installed to efficiently filter the recovered powder and reduce the contamination of particulate impurities.
