操作时，先将吸粉管插入粉末流化桶或原粉箱中，通过搭配的密相输送装置，把粉末涂料抽吸到粉末中心的粉盒里，进行集中流化。

During operation, first insert the powder suction pipe into the powder fluidization barrel or original powder box, and suck the powder coating into the powder box of the powder center through the matched dense-phase conveying device for centralized fluidization.

粉末涂料在均匀流化状态下，被粉泵抽吸到粉末喷枪，进而开展喷涂作业。

In a state of uniform fluidization, the powder coating is sucked into the powder spray gun by the powder pump for spraying operation.

在换色环节，整个粉末中心可快速对粉末流化粉盒内部、粉泵、粉管以及喷枪内部进行自动清洁，以此实现颜色的快速切换。

In the color changing process, the entire powder center can quickly automatically clean the inside of the powder fluidization box, powder pump, powder pipe and spray gun, so as to realize rapid color switching.

u 有震动筛和超声波筛两种筛具可选，超声波筛内置在粉盒中，震动筛为移动式装置，可安装在粉末中心入口位置。
