Laser profile detection technology and U-axis powder spray gun interlock control achieve high-precision contour spraying. Real-time adjustment is made according to the surface profile of the workpiece to ensure that the powder coating is uniform and has no dead angles, which is suitable for high-quality spraying of complex-shaped workpieces.
Device Description
The workpiece surface is scanned by a laser scanner to obtain the three-dimensional contour data of the workpiece . The contour data is transmitted to the control system in real time to generate a three-dimensional model of the workpiece. Based on the laser contour data, the control system calculates the optimal spray path. The U-axis powder spray gun is adjusted in real time according to the calculation results to ensure that the spray gun maintains the optimal distance and angle with the workpiece surface. The spray gun movement is synchronized with the workpiece surface contour to ensure uniform powder coverage.
