激光轮廓仿形检测装置安装在粉末喷房入口处，用于检测待喷涂工件的外轮廓，将信号传输给喷涂控制系统，结合控制系统采集的传输链编码器信号，助力生成待喷涂产品的三维模型，经系统控制运算后输出U轴往复机运动轨迹，为复杂工件的高质量喷涂提供基础。
The laser contour profiling detection device is installed at the entrance of the powder spray booth. It is used to detect the outer contour of the workpiece to be sprayed, transmit signals to the spray control system, and help generate a 3D model of the product to be sprayed in combination with the signals of the transmission chain encoder collected by the control system. After the system control operation, the motion trajectory of the U-axis reciprocating machine is output, providing a basis for high-quality spraying of complex workpieces.

Device Description
激光检测仪通过安装支架固定安装在工位两侧，当传送链运载需喷涂的产品经过时，激光扫描仪会持续扫描产品轮廓，并将扫描数据传输至控制系统，结合多个扫描仪的信号进行汇总，形成产品轮廓的详细信息。
The laser detector is fixedly installed on both sides of the workstation through the mounting bracket. When the transmission chain carries the product to be sprayed, the laser scanner will continuously scan the contour of the product, transmit the scanning data to the control system, and summarize the signals of multiple scanners to form detailed information of the product contour.
