Equipment Introduction

Custom-designed heavy-duty gun rod rotating mechanism enables multiple spray guns to rotate and spray automatically.

Device Description

The spray gun bracket is installed on the rotating shaft and driven by a servo motor to achieve overall rotation. The drive motor is installed inside the closed chassis to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment.

Functions and features

Servo motor drive: Use high-performance servo motor to ensure high accuracy of operation.

Multi-axis combination: supports spraying with complex motion trajectories based on the signal from the detection system.

Gear and toothed belt drive: Gear and toothed belt drive is adopted, which runs smoothly and does not require frequent maintenance.

Rotating axis load: A load of up to 20 kg can be installed.

Long cantilever: up to 2600mm.

Rotating axis: can be installed on MTZA15 reciprocating machine for use.

Transmission principle and mounting portability: Synchronous belt transmission is adopted, with high transmission positioning accuracy and low noise; the powder hose extends from the tube, which is convenient for mounting.
