当后过滤器发生燃爆时,可快速释放内部压力、吸收热量,避免因压力无法释放引发二次爆炸,降低燃爆对人员、环境及建筑的危害。

由火焰熄灭模块与泄爆片组成:
It consists of a flame extinguishing module and a deflagration vent panel:

(1) 火焰熄灭
The flame goes out

u 火焰通过网状阻火元件,元件迅速冷却高温火焰,同步释放压力与烟气,阻止火焰进一步传播;
The flame passes through the mesh flame-arresting element, which quickly cools the high-temperature flame, releases pressure and flue gas simultaneously, and prevents the flame from spreading further;

(2) 压力与粉尘管控

u 精密网筛(三维阻焰器)捕捉未燃烧粉尘,冷却火焰及热气;
The precision mesh screen (three-dimensional flame arrester) captures unburned dust, cools the flame and hot gas;
即便爆炸火球温度达1000°C,熄灭模块依托大表面积快速冷却,使系统周围温度维持在100°C以下,保障环境安全。
Even if the temperature of the explosion fireball reaches 1000°C, the extinguishing module quickly cools by relying on a large surface area, keeping the temperature around the system below 100°C and ensuring environmental safety.
