The flameless explosion relief device is specially designed for the post-filter. It can quickly release the internal pressure after the dust explosion, absorb heat, prevent the spread of flames, and avoid the occurrence of secondary explosions.
Device Description
The flameless explosion relief device consists of a flame extinguishing module and an explosion relief sheet. When the flame passes through the mesh flame arrester, the flame arrester quickly cools the high-temperature flame, releases pressure and smoke, and ensures that the flame does not spread, thereby preventing secondary explosions or multiple explosions. The precision mesh screen acts as a three-dimensional flame arrester, capturing and cooling the flame and hot air while filtering unburned dust. Although the explosion fireball temperature can reach 1000°C, the extinguishing module quickly cools through its large surface area, keeping the temperature below 100°C, ensuring minimal temperature changes around the system. The device is suitable for any indoor environment that needs to avoid explosion relief shock.

Dust Filtration: Captures and filters processed materials to prevent harmful substances from entering the environment.

Temperature control: absorbs the heat of the fireball, but the surrounding temperature hardly rises, ensuring safety.
