Explosion-proof valve
Equipment Introduction
flame explosion-proof device installed on the dust collector or cyclone separator pipeline . It is simple in design, economical and reliable. It is mainly used to isolate the flame and shock wave generated by the explosion to prevent it from being transmitted to upstream equipment.
Device Description
The explosion-proof valve is opened by airflow or remains normally open during normal operation. When an explosion occurs inside the equipment, the valve flap is quickly closed by the shock wave to prevent the explosion from spreading. When the system stops operating, the back pressure valve flap remains open. In the event of an explosion, the reverse airflow causes the back pressure valve flap to close and tightly close to the sealing end face on the inlet side, playing an isolation role.
Functions and features
Flame and shock wave isolation: prevent the spread of explosion flames and shock waves to protect upstream equipment.
Dust filtration: Suitable for St1 and St2 dust with Kst≤300bargm/s.
Sensor Detection: Integrated sensors monitor operating conditions, extending maintenance time.
Explosion-proof design: The self-locking device is adjusted by a counterweight to ensure quick response and reliable isolation.
