Normal working condition (Normally open state) : During normal system operation, due to the directional airflow (e.g., negative pressure ventilation) in the air duct, the valve flap remains open, without hindering normal ventilation and process flow;

u 爆炸触发（迅速关闭）：当设备内部发生燃爆（或气流逆向冲击，本质为爆炸冲击），阀片受冲击波作用瞬间关闭，阻断爆炸火焰、热量、压力的传播路径。例如：安装于后过滤器与大旋风间的风管上，后过滤器燃爆时，可阻止爆炸向大旋风传递；若装在旋风分离器与粉末喷房间的风管上，旋风分离器燃爆则不会危及粉末喷房；
Explosion trigger (Quickly close) : When an explosion occurs inside the equipment (or reverse airflow shock, essentially an explosion shock), the valve flap closes instantly under the action of shock waves, blocking the propagation path of explosion flames, heat, and pressure. For example: Installed on the air duct between the after - filter and the large cyclone, if an explosion occurs in the after - filter, it can prevent the explosion from transmitting to the large cyclone; if installed on the air duct between the cyclone separator and the powder spray booth, an explosion in the cyclone separator will not endanger the powder spray booth;

u 系统停机（保持常开）：当系统停止操作，背压阀瓣维持开启状态，不影响设备日常启停与检修。
System shutdown (Remain normally open) : When the system stops operating, the back - pressure valve flap remains open, without affecting daily startup, shutdown, and maintenance of the equipment.

功能及特点

(1) 火焰与冲击波隔离核心功能为阻断爆炸火焰、冲击波传播，保护上游设备（如大旋风、粉末喷房等）免受燃爆冲击。
