Equipment Introduction

In the powder spray room equipment, the cyclone separator is an important powder recovery component, which is used to separate and recover the powder coating that is not attached to the workpiece during the spraying process. Through effective powder recovery, the cyclone separator not only reduces powder waste, but also keeps the spray room clean, ensuring the environmental protection and safety of the production environment.

working principle

The cyclone separator separates solids from gases through the centrifugal force of the rotating airflow. Its specific working principle is as follows:

1. Air flow entry: The air flow containing powder particles enters the main body of the separator tangentially from the inlet of the cyclone separator.

2. Centrifugal separation: As the tangential airflow forms a high-speed rotating vortex in the separator, the heavier powder particles are thrown to the inner wall of the separator under the action of centrifugal force.

3. Powder sedimentation: The powder particles thrown toward the inner wall settle downward due to gravity and enter the collection container.

4. Gas discharge: The separated clean gas is discharged from the outlet at the top of the separator and usually enters the subsequent filtration system for further purification.

1. High separation efficiency: The optimized designed cyclone separator can effectively separate more than 97% of powder particles, reduce powder waste and improve production efficiency.

2. Simple and reliable structure: The cyclone separator has no moving parts, simple structure, high reliability and low maintenance cost.

4. Strong adaptability: It can separate powder particles of different particle sizes and densities to meet the needs of various spraying processes.

Structural design

1. Two-stage cyclone tube: First stage: forming a stable cyclone airflow. Second stage: long cyclone separation section, high separation efficiency.

2. High-speed airflow duct: The wind speed in the duct is extremely fast, and there is no powder residue.

3. Precision large cyclone design: precision manufacturing, less welding, smooth inner wall to avoid powder residue.

4. Conical powder hopper: pneumatically clamp and release the powder sieve for easy operation and maintenance.

Powder delivery system:

The powder is transported from the large cyclone separator to the powder center using a dense phase conveying system, which has the function of manually switching the transmission pipeline to ensure flexibility and convenience of operation.
